No, you do not need to have an account to shop on styleorientedmaterial.com, but it is recommended. Having an account makes it easy for you to track your orders and returns. It also places you on our mailing list, where you may avail offer discounts and promotional store credits. Nevertheless, once your order has been placed, your order confirmation and shipping details will be sent to the email provided.
- DO YOU DELIVER ALL OVER INDIA?
Yes, we do deliver all over India.
If delivery service is not available through our partnered courier companies, we will ship your order through India Post. This would be possible only for prepaid orders.
- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET DELIVERED?
The delivery time varies from city to city. Once the order is placed, we process and ship the order out within 1-2 Business days. It may take up to 7 business days for it to get delivered to you, depending on your location.
- HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the order is placed from our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. The order will be dispatched within 48 hours of order placement. Once the order is shipped, you will be provided with tracking details in your email/account, which you can use to track your order on the courier partner’s website. - I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER BUT WANT DELIVERY IN INDIA. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Yes, we can deliver your shipment to India. Please provide the complete shipping address, along with a local contact number. If the delivery address is of a Hotel, please provide us with a local contact number which would be reachable at all times. Moreover, the registered name and contact number of any residence/hotel/place of stay are considered helpful.
- CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS OR MOBILE NUMBER ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED?
It is possible to change the phone number and delivery address, if requested within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped (whichever comes first).
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be updated.
In any circumstances where personal information such as an address, name or phone number is incorrect, the customer will be accountable for all of the delivery charges.
It is solely the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the address and contact information is correct to ensure a smooth delivery process.
In case the package is returned to us after an attempted delivery, or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing an order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.

- I PLACED AN ORDER TWICE.
In the event that you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the orders, please contact us immediately at support@styleorientedmaterial.com or styleorientedmaterial@gmail.com. We will cancel one of your orders and refund the amount back to you via the original method of payment used when placing your order. You can also reach out via WhatsApp to cancel an order placed twice, at +91 93270 01404. Make sure you’ve added both the order number as well as your email id for the reference.
- I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER. HOW DO I RETURN?
Style Oriented Material does not offer any return/refund to our customers. However, in any circumstances, if the product is defective, damaged or different from the product ordered, you can conveniently raise a exchange request for any item within 24 hours of the date of delivery following the exchange protocol. All exchanges/refund requests will be processed in the form of Store credits/Exchange of the product only. Our QA/CR team must approve receipt of the product as per the criteria given below, to have your inquiry approved for store credit/exchange.If found eligible by our Quality Assurance(QA) or customer Retention(CR) team, an email will be sent within 48 hours of your request with return instructions.
All Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on www.styleorientedmaterial.com.

In the unlikely event that you are missing an item from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. - WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?
We understand that you can’t wait at home (or office – whatever your delivery address is) right from the time you’ve placed the order, till it’s delivered to you. We will make 2 attempts to deliver the order to you; each attempt on a consecutive day. So, in case you have missed the order delivery the first time, please write to us at support@styleorientedmaterial.com, along with your order number and we shall take care of it.
In any circumstances, not able to deliver and returned you’ll be fully refunded (prepayment only) minus the delivery charges.
If found eligible, the package will be reshipped at no cost.
