RETURN AND REFUND

All our products undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched by the QA team. Hence we have a "NO refund" policy.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if:
*Order was damaged in transit.
*Order was Incorrect.

This is highly unlikely to happen but we always leave room for human error and apologize for your hardship. If for some reason you receive a defective product from us, you will be eligible for exchange or store credits.
Once, we determine eligibility then we will exchange the product (Shipping not included) on the next business day. ( and you keep the one you have)
In any other unforeseen circumstances (product out of stock, unavailability of the requested item) you will be eligible for store credits instead of exchange.

How soon do I have to make an exchange request?

You can do so by sending us an email at styleorientedmaterial@gmail.com
(within 24 hours of the package delivery along with the order ID. Moreover, You must send us an unboxing with no cuts and editing, the video should include the opening of the mailing package till the defect is showcased clearly as proof of damaged or incorrect product. Breach of this policy can lead to rejection of return requests. Once approved, you may return the order exactly as you received it, unworn, with the original packaging.

How does the return/exchange process work?

* Once we receive the return request, our QA Team will confirm whether the product is approved for return, if your product is approved for return then you can ship the product back to the given address in the mail within 48 hours of the return request being accepted. Please note one way shipping charges has to be borne by you.
* If found eligible then the exchange can prevail and you'll be compensated with a new product(s), shipping charges not included.
* we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock you can select another product from our collection. We do not have a refund policy.

* If your product is not eligible for a return then the exchange will not proceed further and will be notified of the same.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We have a no-cancellation policy and the orders once placed will not be cancelled.

THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR EXCHANGE :

Package lost in a shipment sent by you.
Package refused by the recipient
Products that have been returned in a used or damaged condition
Products returned due to size issues (Please check the size guides carefully before making a purchase)
Incorrect delivery address and failed delivery attempt by our courier agent will lead to the package being shipped back to us. In that case, you will have to bear the shipping charges again
If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged in any way, the return or exchange will be voided.
Minor variations in colour & design of the jewelry

International Orders.

We do not provide a reverse pick-up facility in case of international shipping back-and-forth and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges will be paid by the customer.
